Self-catering Establishments
During peak holiday periods (Easter, long weekends, mid-December to mid-January and the July school holiday period in Western Capel) full payment is required to secure the reservation.
During the remainder of the year, a deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking and the balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
The deposit or full payment is forfeited when cancelled. Normally these establishments will refund you 90% of the funds paid if the unit is again let to someone else.
